Mindfulness Meditation allows us to gain more focus with our awareness and can expand our consciousness. Mindfulness Meditation has also been proven with studies and brain scans to increase growth in the areas of the brain associated with memory, empathy and a sense of self. It also reduces stress, chronic pain and anxiety.
In this meditation we use non-judgment while becoming aware of what we are thinking and what we are feeling physically, emotionally and spiritually. By doing this meditation 20 minutes a day, 3 days a week, we give ourselves the chance to greatly increase our ability to focus.
